At The Little House Shop, we want you to love your home decor. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile home goods are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
